Product Introduction The Series is a sealless magnetic drive pump specifically engineered to operate with reliability and safety at elevated temperatures. Building on the leak-proof design of the standard pump, this high-temperature version incorporates advanced materials and a specialized cooling system to ensure stable performance when handling hot oils, high-temperature water, and aggressive chemicals. Design Philosophy & Construction The pump design directly addresses the challenges that heat poses to a magnetic drive pump through several key innovations:

  • Heat Isolation & Cooling Chamber: The most prominent feature is an intermediate cooling chamber with large cooling fins, located between the pump casing and the motor. This chamber acts as a thermal barrier, dissipating heat into the surrounding air before it can reach and damage the motor’s bearings and electrical windings.
  • High-Temperature Magnets: The pump is equipped with high-grade Samarium-Cobalt (SmCo) magnets.
