The Series is a self-contained, portable oil transfer pump unit, powered by a dependable diesel engine. This robust assembly combines the reliable, positive displacement action of a KCB gear pump with the go-anywhere convenience of diesel power. It is engineered specifically for the transfer of viscous, lubricating liquids such as diesel fuel, machine oils, hydraulic fluids, and heavy oils. The pump is the ideal solution for mobile refueling, remote oil transfer, and emergency fluid handling in construction, agriculture, mining, and marine applications where electrical power is unavailable.

The Pump End: KCB Gear Pump

  • External Gear Principle: The unit features a KCB external gear pump, which uses two intermeshing hardened steel gears to move fluid. As the gears rotate, they trap the oil in the spaces between their teeth and the pump casing, transporting it from the suction to the discharge side with a steady, predictable flow.
  • Positive Displacement Action: As a positive displacement pump, it delivers a fixed volume of liquid with each revolution. This ensures a consistent, non-pulsating output that is ideal for transfer and refueling operations, and it is highly efficient across a wide range of fluid viscosities.
  • Built for Viscous Liquids: The entire pump end is designed for oily, lubricating fluids. The internal components, including the bushings that support the gear shafts, are lubricated by the fluid being pumped.
