Design Philosophy & Construction The pump is engineered to provide total peace of mind by combining the best of lining and sealless technologies.

  • Chemically Inert PTFE Lining: All wetted parts of the pump—the casing, impeller, and containment shell—are protected by a thick, seamless lining of pure PTFE. This lining is molded and locked into a robust metal armor. Since PTFE is one of the most chemically resistant substances known, the fluid only ever touches this inert barrier.
  • Sealless Magnetic Drive: Power is transmitted from the motor to the impeller via a magnetic coupling, completely eliminating the need for a traditional mechanical shaft seal.
